Correction - Exercice 19 page 48 - Rapports trigonométriques d'un angle aigu - Relations métriques dans un triangle rectangle
Soit un terrain a la forme d'un trapèze \(ABCD\) rectangle en \(A\) et \(D\).
On suppose que \(AB = 20m\), \(AD = 30m\) et que l'aire du terrain est égale à \(540m^2\).
Soit \(S\) l'aire du terrain, avec \(S=540m^2\).
On sait que l'aire d'un trapèze est égale à \(\frac{(B+b)\times h}{2}\), avec :
\(B\) : Grand base = \(AB\).
\(b\) : Petite base = \(DC\).
\(h\) : Hauteur = \(AD\).
D'où \(S=\frac{(AB+DC)\times AD}{2}=540m^2\).
* Cherchons \(DC\) :
\(\frac{(AB+DC)\times AD}{2}=540\) \(\Rightarrow\)
\((AB+DC)\times AD=540\times 2\) \(\Rightarrow\)
\(AB.AD+DC.AD=1080\) \(\Rightarrow\)
\(DC.AD=1080-AB.AD\) \(\Rightarrow\)
\(DC=\frac{1080-AB.AD}{AD}\) \(\Rightarrow\)
\(DC=\frac{1080-(20\times 30)}{30}\) \(\Rightarrow\)
\(DC=\frac{1080-600}{30}\) \(\Rightarrow\)
\(DC=\frac{480}{30}\) \(\Rightarrow\)
\(DC=16m\).
* Cherchons \(BC\) :
D'après Pythagore dans le triangle rectangle, on a \(BC^2=BH^2+CH^2\) d'où \(BC=\sqrt{BH^2+CH^2}\).
Et puisque on a \(BH=AB-DC=20-16=4\) et \(CH=AD=30\) alors \(BC=\sqrt{BH^2+CH^2}\) \(\Rightarrow\)
\(BC=\sqrt{4^2+30^2}\) \(\Rightarrow\)
\(BC=\sqrt{16+900}\) \(\Rightarrow\)
\(BC=\sqrt{916}=30,27m\).
* Calculons une valeur approchée du périmètre de ce terrain au \(dm\) près :
Soit \(P\) le périmètre de ce trapèze, alors \(P=AB+BC+CD+DA=20+30,27+16+30=96.27m\approx 963dm\).
2- Donnons une valeur approchée de l'angle \(\widehat{DCB}\) :
\(\widehat{DCB}=\widehat{DCH}+\widehat{HCB}\) \(\Rightarrow\) \(\widehat{DCB}=90°+\widehat{HCB}\).
Dans le triangle \(HBC\) on a \(tan~\widehat{HCB}=\frac{BH}{CH}\) d'où \(tan~\widehat{HCB}=\frac{4}{30}\) alors \(tan~\widehat{HCB}=0,133\) donc et avec une calculatrice on trouve \(\widehat{HCB}=7,58°\).
Et par la suite \(\widehat{DCB}=90°+7,58°=97,58°\).
Conclusion : \(\widehat{DCB}==97,6°\).
On suppose que \(AB = 20m\), \(AD = 30m\) et que l'aire du terrain est égale à \(540m^2\).
1- Calculons une valeur approchée du périmètre de ce terrain au \(dm\) près :
Soit \(S\) l'aire du terrain, avec \(S=540m^2\).
On sait que l'aire d'un trapèze est égale à \(\frac{(B+b)\times h}{2}\), avec :

\(DC.AD=1080-AB.AD\) \(\Rightarrow\)
\(DC=\frac{1080-AB.AD}{AD}\) \(\Rightarrow\)
\(DC=\frac{1080-(20\times 30)}{30}\) \(\Rightarrow\)
\(DC=\frac{1080-600}{30}\) \(\Rightarrow\)
\(DC=\frac{480}{30}\) \(\Rightarrow\)
\(DC=16m\).
* Cherchons \(BC\) :
D'après Pythagore dans le triangle rectangle, on a \(BC^2=BH^2+CH^2\) d'où \(BC=\sqrt{BH^2+CH^2}\).
Et puisque on a \(BH=AB-DC=20-16=4\) et \(CH=AD=30\) alors \(BC=\sqrt{BH^2+CH^2}\) \(\Rightarrow\)
\(BC=\sqrt{4^2+30^2}\) \(\Rightarrow\)
\(BC=\sqrt{16+900}\) \(\Rightarrow\)
\(BC=\sqrt{916}=30,27m\).
* Calculons une valeur approchée du périmètre de ce terrain au \(dm\) près :
Soit \(P\) le périmètre de ce trapèze, alors \(P=AB+BC+CD+DA=20+30,27+16+30=96.27m\approx 963dm\).
2- Donnons une valeur approchée de l'angle \(\widehat{DCB}\) :
\(\widehat{DCB}=\widehat{DCH}+\widehat{HCB}\) \(\Rightarrow\) \(\widehat{DCB}=90°+\widehat{HCB}\).
Dans le triangle \(HBC\) on a \(tan~\widehat{HCB}=\frac{BH}{CH}\) d'où \(tan~\widehat{HCB}=\frac{4}{30}\) alors \(tan~\widehat{HCB}=0,133\) donc et avec une calculatrice on trouve \(\widehat{HCB}=7,58°\).
Et par la suite \(\widehat{DCB}=90°+7,58°=97,58°\).
Conclusion : \(\widehat{DCB}==97,6°\).
